Shipping

I take shipping seriously. I’m talking, like, 'run-to-the-post-office-in-our-pajamas' seriously. That's why I guarantee that your order will ship the next business day, unless, of course, it's a weekend or a holiday. Then, it'll ship the first business day after that.

I use only the most reliable carriers, like a team of well-trained pigeons or a fleet of tiny flying robots (depending on the size of your order, of course). At the moment I ship within Australia (flat fee - $6.95) and to New Zealand (flat fee - $9.95).

And just in case you're wondering, I do not offer a 'ship it like it's hot' option. No, seriously, please don't attempt to set your packages on fire. That's a big no-no in the shipping world.

So sit back, relax, and let me handle the shipping x

Ps If you have purchased a digital product, it will be emailed to you within minutes, love how the world wide web works like that.

Returns

Physical Products

Listen up, I am not playing around when it comes to returns. If you're not happy with your purchase, I don't want it cluttering up your house. So, send it back (within 30 days of purchase) and I’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked. Just make sure it's in its original packaging and hasn't been gnawed on by the dog.

Send me a quick email with your returns information and I will let you know where to send it. Once I receive the goods back I will process your refund within the week.

In short, I’m easy-going when it comes to returns, but we do have a few rules. So, follow 'em and we'll be good.

Digital Products

I understand that once you've gone digital, it's hard to go back to the good old days of tangible products. But, unfortunately, digital products are a bit like unicorns – once you've got 'em, you can't return 'em. They're magical and all, but they're not physically there for me to take back.

That being said, if you're unhappy with your purchase, I'll be happy to offer you a full refund – as long as you're willing to turn back time and undo the purchase.

In short, once the bits and bytes have left the digital store, they're yours to keep, for better or for worse. I apologize for any inconvenience, but it's just the way the pixel crumbles.
